Challenge
Built by CGS, Cicero is an AI-driven roleplay platform that helps employees practice any workplace interaction, from sales calls to customer service to negotiations. With very new technology and growing competition, Cicero needed a clear, compelling story and a visual identity that felt as innovative as the product itself.
Insight
After speaking with customers, we found they value roleplay that feels realistic, and most products in this space feel artificial. The avatars act like robots, the dialogue is prescripted and any customization takes months. Cicero is the only roleplay platform that’s entirely unscripted (like any conversation between two real people). As one client explained, “It’s not roleplay, it’s real play.”
Solution
Along with more detailed messaging, we aligned on one big idea, the “awesome” of Cicero: “Master the unexpected.” We then designed a visual identity that captured the realistic nature of the avatars and the fluidity of conversation. Once the brand was in place, we built a website to bring it to life, showcasing key features, customer stories, even a product demo. And lastly, we created a campaign to spread the word about Cicero and show how immersive roleplay can help any team master the unexpected.
