LexisNexis is a leader in insights technology solutions and had an urgent need to elevate awareness and engagement around the relaunch of their Nexis for Development Professionals (NDP) product, which helps institutions and non-profits identify high-potential donors. Our first step was speaking with their customers to define a clear target persona based on their pain points and needs, as well as what they value most about NDP.
